WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police have filed charges against a driver involved in the crash that killed a father and former college basketball standout last February.
Bryan Anthony is charged with homicide by vehicle after the accident on Interstate 70 that killed Brian Anselmino, 45.

Anselmino and his 13-year old son were on their way to a sporting event at the time of the crash.
Police have said that speed was a factor..
Anselmino, of Canonsburg, was a basketball standout at Ringgold High School and at Duquesne University.
