MAHONING TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The coroner was called to the scene of a drowning Monday night in Lawrence County.
Authorities said a man from Ohio was reportedly swimming in a quarry along Eric Drive in Mahoning Township around 8 p.m.
Investigators told Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE that the man dove off a cliff and didn't resurface. His body has since been recovered, but his name has not been released.
No other details about the incident have been made available.
