A tractor trailer was engulfed in flames in Springdale Saturday. Eyewitnesses say it may have exploded.

Allegheny County dispatchers confirm that officials responded to 850 Pittsburgh Street for the incident in the early afternoon.

Eyewitnesses said that a nearby building and a lamppost were damaged during the fire.

There were no reported injuries.
