PITTSBURGH - Former Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper is scheduled to be sentenced on criminal conspiracy charges this week.
Officials said Harper could get at least 18 months at his sentencing on Tuesday, but he will ask the judge for probation.
Harper pleaded guilty in October to using police accounts for personal use and not filing income tax returns.
