A 53-year-old homeless man has been ordered to stand trial on attempted homicide and other charges after he allegedly stabbed another homeless man in a dispute over a $5 bill.
Scott Fosnaught was charged by police in Butler after they said he sliced a 10-inch wound into the victim, Mark Graham, during an altercation on May 13.
Police charged Fosnaught with aggravated assault and added the attempted homicide charged at a preliminary hearing Monday, where a district judge ordered him to stand trial.
Fosnaught remains in the Butler County Jail.
