PITTSBURGH - Police said a man in a stolen tow truck led officers on a chase through Pittsburgh's North Side Wednesday night.
Investigators said when officers tried to pull the driver over he took off, ran a red light, and hit three cars before jumping out of the moving vehicle.
"We heard sirens from out the window and we were upstairs. We looked outside and I could see there was a car coming down the street, a tow truck coming very fast, and I knew my car was going to get hit," said one victim.
The driver was arrested a short time later.
