Investigators: Market Square fire started in restaurant's oven

PITTSBURGH — A Market Square fire started in NOLA's oven, Channel 11's Rick Earle reported Tuesday.

Monday's fire spread to Bruegger's Bagel shop and an apartment complex.

Earle said Public Safety Director Mike Huss told him that investigators found NOLA did not have a permit to operate the oven that started the fire. 

Earle reported NOLA never applied for the permit needed to install that type of oven.

Huss told Earle he's investigating the paper trail.
