CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. — A former Connellsville police sergeant previously accused of trading sex with a 16-year-old girl in exchange for his promise not to arrest her and her boyfriend is facing a new list of charges.
The charges filed Tuesday against Ryan Reese include rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and indecent assault.

Two women testified before the grand jury in connection with the new allegations.
“He was basically telling females they could get out of charges, first by being informants, then move on instead to I want to perform sexual acts with you,” Pennsylvania State Trooper Stefani Lucas said.
One victim, who was allegedly caught selling heroin, told jurors that Reese came to her home in plain clothes and handcuffed her wrists. She said when she asked if there was anything she could do to get herself out of being arrested, Reese pushed her onto a bed and sexually assaulted her.
The victim said Reese told her no one would believe her because she was just a junkie.
Another victim testified that Reese told her to meet him at the Fayette County Drug Task Force building, where he forced her to perform a sex act, saying they needed to “hook up” a couple more times. She said the second time she met him at the building, he sexually assaulted her on a desk.
Reese was held for trial in July on charges of corruption of minors and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse stemming from the incident involving the 16-year-old.
State police said Reese had sex with the teenager several times while on duty, including in his patrol car and in the police station garage.
No one answered the door at his Connellsville home Tuesday.
