Police looking for man accused of assaulting toddler in North Versailles

NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. — Police are looking for a man accused of hurting a 3-year-old boy in North Versailles.

Kenneth Reeves is accused of assaulting the toddler on April 26, sending him to Children’s Hospital for three days, police said.

According to authorities, Reeves was baby-sitting the boy when the alleged assault occurred in an apartment complex on Ice Plant Road.

Channel 11’s Renee Kaminski reported that the toddler’s mother came home to find choke marks and deep bruising on her son.

A member of the 3-year-old’s family told Kaminski that multiple injuries were inflicted on the boy, resulting in the three-day hospital stay.

Bruises are visible on the boy in pictures taken by the family.

When found, Reeves faces charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
