Woman accused of exposing herself to juvenile after neighbor dispute

PITTSBURGH — A woman is accused of exposing herself to a child after an earlier dispute with a neighbor Thursday in a Pittsburgh neighborhood.

According to a criminal complaint, officers were called to Maytide Street in Overbrook and issued nontraffic citations for harassment to both parties involved in the earlier dispute. Witnesses said Alicia Pulido spit at a juvenile, and Pulido showed police cellphone video of a female spitting in her direction.

“I was sitting on my porch here, and she spit on me,” Pulido’s cousin, Amanda Schoede, said.

The next time police were called to Maytide Street, Ken Lucas told them that Pulido exposed her buttocks and then her breasts to him and his 8-year-old daughter while he was taking out garbage.

“We come out to take the garbage out, Alicia takes her pants down to her knees (and says), ‘You wish you had these! You wish you had these,’” Lucas said.

He said his daughter was the one who dialed 911.

"I said, ‘She pulled up her shirt and pulled down her pants,’” the 8-year-old said.

However, Schoede, who Pulido was visiting at the time of the incident, said her cousin did nothing wrong.

“She didn't do anything wrong. She is innocent. She did nothing wrong,” Schoede said.

Schoede said the neighbor’s girlfriend, who spit at Schoede a day earlier, is the one who took off clothes.

Authorities arrested Pulido and charged her with indecent exposure and corruption of minors.
