Woman calls 911 after receiving wrong order at Burger King

WHITE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A White Township woman was charged Friday after she called 911 for assistance with receiving the wrong order at a Burger King.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. Heather Naomi Smith, 22, went to the Burger King on Oakland Avenue in White Township and placed an order, according to police.

When she discovered the order she received was incorrect, Smith became upset, dialed 911 and demanded assistance for her wrong order. While waiting for state police to arrive, the criminal complaint states Smith exited her vehicle, which was in the drive-through lane, and began threatening and yelling at employees, causing public alarm.

When state police arrived at the scene, they discovered Smith was wanted in South Carolina for outstanding charges.

Police ultimately charged Smith with disorderly conduct.
