MERCER COUNTY, Pa. — A man is accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl as she waited at a school bus stop in Mercer County.
Police arrested Willis Jerald Swartz, 75, of New Wilmington, and charged him with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct in connection with the Oct. 20 incident.
The girl told troopers that she was waiting for the school bus on Garrett Road in Wilmington Township when a man drove past her and exposed himself. Police said Swartz confessed.
