Man killed in rollover crash involving farm tractor

DAUGHERTY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — One person was killed in a farming accident on Tulip Drive in Daugherty Township, Beaver County.

The victim was making a turn when the farm tractor he was riding on rolled over, according to Chief Brad Stone, Daugherty Township Volunteer Fire Department.

The farm tractor ended up in the woods, against a tree. The victim was pinned underneath.

Stone said when his team arrived, the man was already dead.

The fire department’s farm rescue team rolled the tractor off of the victim. A towing company was brought in to remove the tractor.

The victim’s name has not been released.
