Multiple cars, homes, school buses vandalized in Beaver County neighborhood

NEW BRIGHTON BOROUGH, Pa. — Police are investigating after multiple vehicles, homes and school buses were vandalized in New Brighton Borough early Friday morning.

Neighbors said they heard a loud noise as windows were being busted out.

“There was glass everywhere in the kitchen -- so a little bit creepy,” Tracy Douds said.

Shannon Gilliam stopped to see the damage that had been done to the school buses after she said students saw a video of what happened during school.

“If anybody seen anything, at least call,” said Gilliam.

Police told Channel 11’s Catherine Varnum there was a total of nine school buses damaged, with windows busted out. The owner of the bus company estimates thousands of dollars in damage.

Authorities said they have two suspects and don’t believe any students were involved.

Police said they are looking at surveillance video and sending evidence to the lab before making any arrests.
