PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Police made an arrest on Monday in connection with a shooting that took place at the Bedford Dwellings Apartments last Friday.
Elliot Blackwell was arrested in the Hill District, according to police.

On the morning of Feb. 26, officers responded to reports of a male shot on the 2500 block of Bedford Avenue. They discovered a 24-year-old man who was shot twice in the chest and a grazed in the head with a bullet.
Blackwell is charged with criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
