WASHINGTON, Pa. — Authorities in Washington arrested a man Thursday wanted in connection with sex crimes involving children.
The City of Washington Police Department confirmed that Mark “Doc” Kisner was in custody.
Police said Kisner is accused of luring a 7-year-old child to a home on Fayette Street in Washington and assaulting the child.
Investigators told Channel 11 News that Kisner is facing a long list of charges in connection with the incident and a second involving another child under 13 years old.
Officials said Kisner will be charged with indecent assault to a person under 13, aggravated assault of a child, interfering with custody, luring a child and corruption of minors.
