Police searching for man taking "upskirt" pictures in store

UPPER DARBY, PENNSYLVANIA — Police in Pennsylvania are searching for a man who they say was caught on video taking an "upskirt" photo of a woman inside a store.

Police say the incident happened last Tuesday when the man followed a woman as she walked inside a store then stood behind her in line.

The man then took out his cell phone and is seen on surveillance video taking several photographs up the woman's skirt.

Police say the woman felt the man brush her leg and turned to confront him at one point slapping the man.

The suspect is described as a man with a medium build standing between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10 in his early 20s with a goatee and beard.
