Infielder Josh Harrison said he never knows when picture day coming but always wants to be ready.

"We never know what picture is going where but it's one of those things - it's pretty cool when it comes out." Harrison said.

Channel. 11's Bill Phillips asked the Pirates new 2nd baseman if he is provided a set of baseball cards that includes his own.   Harrison shook his head no.

"You might have to be Cutch (Andrew McCutchen) for that," Harrison said.

Picture day is always welcomed for veteran pitcher and Pirates newcomer Jonathan Niese.

"To be on a big league baseball card is special, no matter how many years you have in." Niese said.

First baseman Michael Morse looks at picture as new beginning.

"A lot of people kind of dread this day," Morse said. "But to me it's the start of the new season. To me, this day represents a lot."

By 9:30 a.m., picture day was over for the Pirates, now they have to find their cards - well unless they are Cutch.
