PITTSBURGH — Two people are in custody after police chase in Pittsburgh’s North Side.
Police said they spotted Markazz Smithson and Jadan Hudson in a stolen Lexus Friday in the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood.
When police tried to pull over the car, the driver slowed down and then, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Channel 11, intentionally rammed a vehicle from the sheriff’s department.
The chase continued into Deutschtown where the suspects got stuck in traffic then took off on foot.
After SWAT swarmed the area, both men were found hiding in separate locations.
Both men are now being held in the Allegheny Count Jail waiting for court proceedings next week.
