Two New York men charged with selling balloons filled with laughing gas at a Washington County concert are scheduled to appear in court today.
Julio Arroyo and Christopher Batista, both of the Bronx, were at the Dead and Company concert at KeyBank Pavilion last week when security spotted them selling the balloons.

Police searched their car and found six nitrous oxide tanks, bags of balloons and thousands of dollars. Police say they also found debit cards that had been reported stolen earlier that night.
The men face nearly 70 charges.
