Arrest warrant out for man in deadly, possibly retaliatory shooting

MCKEESPORT, Pa. — Police have a warrant out for the arrest of a man in connection to a shooting Sunday night that killed a woman and critically wounded a man.

First responders were called shortly before 10:30 p.m. to Fifth Avenue for reports of shots fired.

The victims were found with multiple gunshot wounds and taken to hospitals, police said. The woman, 23-year-old Samantha Klavora, died. The 38-year-old man, who has not been identified, was last listed in critical condition.

Investigators said they don't know what their relationship was, but they believe the man was the intended target of the shooting. Police said the shooting might have been in retaliation for a previous homicide in McKeesport.

Witnesses reported seeing two or three black men fleeing the area after the shooting.

Police have since announced that they are looking for 25-year-old Daniel Bizzelle, who is believed to be responsible for the shooting. He faces charges of homicide, attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and firearms violations.

Bizzelle, who is from the McKeesport area and has ties to Clairton, is about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has a tattoo of a gun on the left side of his neck and tattoos on both forearms.
