Mt. Oliver police were trying to pull the truck over for a traffic violation when it didn't stop and they started chasing it.
Channel 11 cameras caught investigators uncovering a gun in the back seat and the chief said a large amount of crack cocaine and scales were inside too.
Neighbors told Channel 11 there were two men in the gray car that got hit by the truck and don't live in the neighborhood. The whole scene had those neighbors unnerved.
