Police have charged a Castle Shannon landlord after his tenant alleges he snuck into her bedroom and committed lewd acts on her dirty laundry.
Police say Thomas Fallon, 67, was allegedly entering his tenant’s Sleepy Hollow Road home for months without her even knowing.
She felt something wasn't right, and thanks to home security cameras, police say she managed to catch him in the act.

According to police paperwork, the victim installed a home security system with cameras because she thought someone had been going through her belongings for months.
The system went off on Dec. 1 and alerted her there was activity in her bedroom.
Police say, "The victim reviewed the photos and observed the offender in her bedroom in a state of undress." She then handed over "10 still images showing Fallon in her bedroom."
Police say they then contacted Fallon. He agreed to do an interview. He allegedly told police "he entered the victim's apartment without giving notice" to fix a hot water heater.
Police said he denied being in the bedroom. Then officers showed him the pictures from the home security system and he immediately ended the interview.
Channel 11 left several messages for Fallon but he has not responded to any requests.
