UNIONTOWN, Pa. — Pennsylvania state police arrested a man on drug charges Wednesday night in Fayette County.
Cornell Neal, 28, was arrested on various drug charges after police said he was found with approximately two pounds of marijuana and approximately one pound of “suspected synthetic marijuana."
Police said they witnessed a hand-to-hand drug transaction occur at the entrance of 90 Pershing Court in Uniontown between Neal and another man.

During a traffic stop, the 18-year-old man informed the troopers he had just purchased a small amount of marijuana from Neal, police said.
According to police, the troopers then obtained a warrant to search the residence, where they found the various items that led to the man’s arrest.
In addition to the marijuana in the home, police said they found various packaging paraphernalia and a Millennium .40 caliber pistol.
