When Wade left a Monroeville hotel Tuesday, officers told Channel 11, he raised red flags because he was holding trash bags, something they say is common for alleged drug dealers.

Police watched for him to make a wrong move as he drove through Monroeville.

According to the criminal complaint, Wade was driving down Mosside Boulevard when he turned into a gas station and didn't use a turn signal.

When they tried to pull him over, he took off toward Gateway High School, according to the criminal complaint.

The high school was filled with students practicing for marching band Tuesday night, hours after that reported chase.

Police said Wade tossed three bricks of heroin onto the driveway of the school's campus.

Wade later got out of his car and took off on foot. He was eventually shot with a stun gun by the Pitcairn police chief, according to the criminal complaint.

The complaint goes on to say police found more heroin, scales and cash in his car.

Wade has been arrested before for fleeing from police.

Pittsburgh police arrested him for that in March, but the charges were later dismissed.
