A Washington County man, already charged with sexually assaulting a child, is facing new charges after police said a second victim has come forward.
Timothy Hewitt, 31, is facing new charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and indecent exposure after a second victim made similar allegations.
Police issued an alert for him earlier this week. Police said Hewitt assaulted the girl at his Buffalo Township home in 2012 when she was 7 or 8 years old. The victim just recently revealed the assault to authorities.
He turned himself in yesterday.
Wednesday afternoon he was arraigned on the new charges. Channel 11 found out Hewitt was 16 at the time of the alleged assault but is being charged as an adult.

The victim in the most recent case told police the assaults happened at two different homes and in a barn.
In the first case, police said the victim was 7 or 8 years old at the time that Hewitt sexually assaulted her back in 2012. Hewitt claimed to not know the victim in court.
Hewitt is free on two separate $50,000 unsecured bonds while he awaits a preliminary hearing. He is to have no contact with either of the victims’ families.
