Warrant issued for woman who failed to return to Pittsburgh corrections center

PITTSBURGH — Pennsylvania State Police have issued an arrest warrant for a 25-year-old woman who they say failed to return to the Pittsburgh Community Corrections Center on Sunday.

Allysha Hammers, of Altoona, is serving time for possession and violation of court-mandated drug treatment, police said. She went to an AA meeting on Sunday, but never returned to the corrections center.

Hammers is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has brown/blond hair and blue eyes. She has various tattoos and piercings, including her ears and nose.

Anyone with information about Hammers’ whereabouts is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police Pittsburgh at 412-299-1607.
