No Steelers player took home any hardware from the NFL Honors awards, but former Pitt star Aaron Donald was named the 2017 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
Donald is the first defensive tackle to take home that award since 1999.
Alan Faneca missed out on the Hall of Fame for the third straight year.

Those inducted in their first year of eligibility include Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacher, and Randy Moss. Also voted in were Terrell Owens and Brian Dawkins.
Jerry Kramer and Robert Brazile were the senior inductees.
