Martavis Bryant has been reinstated ahead of Friday's preseason opener.
According to Pittsburgh Steelers General Manager Kevin Colbert, the NFL informed Bryant he is now allowed to participate in all preseason activities, including practices and games.
Bryant will continue to be evaluated on how ready he is to participate in regular-season activities.
That's under the terms of his conditional reinstatement.
The wide receiver was suspended last year, without pay, for violating the NFL's Policy and Program for Substance Abuse.
