Steelers release 2017 training camp schedule

The Steelers have released their

for this summer.

Players report to camp on July 27 at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. Other than player off-days on Aug. 1 and 7, and a night practice at Heinz Field on Aug. 6, practices will be open to the public daily from July 28 to Aug. 9 at 2:55 p.m.

The Heinz Field night practice may be opened to the public, but details have not been announced. The team’s popular “Friday Night Lights” practice at Latrobe Memorial Stadium will be held Aug. 4 at 7 p.m.

Open practices resume from Aug. 13-18, minus a players’ day off on Aug. 15.

The Steelers’ first preseason game is at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11 against the New York Giants, with the second coming at home against the NFC champion Atlanta Falcons at 4 p.m. on Aug. 20.
