5 flights guaranteed to give passengers view of total solar eclipse on Aug. 21

A total solar eclipse is happening on Aug. 21.

While it won't be visible to the naked eye in Pittsburgh, many other parts of the country will notice it.

A small number of people will will get a unique view while they sit on any of five flights as they pass through the eclipse zone to Atlanta.

Southwest Airlines is one of the airlines offering a flight from Denver.

If you're lucky enough to get a seat, you'll get free viewing glasses and enjoy what Southwest is calling "cosmic cocktails."
