Missing woman with multiple medical issues found dead underneath bridge

BRENTWOOD, Pa. — Police confirmed a missing woman was found dead Saturday.

According to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office, Barbara Hahn was found unresponsive underneath the South Millvale Avenue Bridge in Bloomfield around 3:30 p.m. She was pronounced dead just over an hour later.

The Brentwood Borough Police Department initially said Hahn, 55, had multiple medical issues and was without her medication.

She had last been seen on Thursday at 9 a.m. in the area of 1320 Greentree Road. She was driving a red four-door 2011 Buick Lucerne with a missing passenger-side front wheel cap.

Police are now investigating the cause of her death.
