A Crescent Township man, Jereiah Hall, was letting his dog out when he saw the tractor-trailer hung up. He says when he went up to the driver, the driver pushed him, got back in his vehicle and took off.
The victim had his phone on him and took pictures of the truck and the license plate. The truck is registered in Indiana and police are trying to identify the driver.
