PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh woman is talking to Channel 11 after her West End home was destroyed by a landslide.
The latest number of landslides in the city are 12 homes destroyed and 15 locations engineers are monitoring for potential landslides.
Right now, 17 people are without a home, including the woman who lost her home in the West End.
"While he was eating I heard a crack, and the next thing I knew ... (we) need to evacuate," said Beth Butler, who remembers the last moments she spent living at her Duquesne Heights home.

Her house of 35 years is now nothing but mud and rubble after a weekend landslide destroyed it.
"I am just waiting for someone to wake me up, it's hard," Butler said. "I am still numb and going through the motions."
She and her husband are living in a hotel.

She told Channel 11 the community is stepping up to help; a GoFundMe page that has raised more than $36,000.
Butler told Channel 11 that strangers are coming to her side and that's what's getting her through this tough time.
"I think it's just an outpouring of support and people saying, 'What do you need, how could we help,' that makes me feel I am not alone," Butler said.
