Investigators ID man found dead in Allegheny River near Kittanning restaurant

KITTANNING, Pa. — Investigators have identified a man found dead in the Allegheny River in Kittanning Sunday afternoon.

The Armstrong County Coroner’s Office identified the man as 67-year-old Clifton McHenry, 67, of Kittanning.He was found about 200 yards from the Allegheny Mariner restaurant.

It’s not known yet how McHenry died.
