PENN HILLS, Pa. — One person was killed in a shooting in Penn Hills.
Police found the shooting victim just after 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the back of a home on Conestoga Road. The victim, identified as Kevin Trowery, 54, was declared dead at the scene.
Investigators say when officers arrived at the scene, they found three men running away from the home. Police chased the three suspects and took one into custody.
Donald King, 31, is charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy, robbery, receiving stolen property, theft, burglary and weapons violations.

Investigators are still searching for the two other men. They were last seen running towards Hochberg Road.

Allegheny County Homicide detectives believe robbery was the motive for the shooting. An SUV was towed away from the scene.
The victim's brother told Channel 11's Gabriella DeLuca that Trowery lived in the home with his wife and children.
