PITTSBURGH — A man and woman were arrested Monday after an investigation revealed that several children had been physically abused, Allegheny County police said.
Linda Jones, 32, of Homestead, and Devlin Jones, 48, of McKeesport, are each charged with six counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of children.
Police said the children sustained injuries as a result of the abuse.
According to police, Linda Jones’ arrest is her third on physical child abuse-related crimes.
Linda Jones and Devlin Jones are both in the Allegheny County Jail on $40,000 bond.
