Armstrong County Man Killed In Crash On Route 210

ELDERTON, Pa.,None — An Armstrong County man died when his vehicle collided with a coal truck along Route 210 in Elderton.

State police said Donald Miller, 52, of Elderton, was driving south on Route 210 when he lost control and went into the northbound lane.

His vehicle then struck the guiderail and ricocheted back onto the highway where it was hit by truck carrying a load of stone.

It took crews 45 minutes to remove Miller from the vehicle.

An autopsy will now be done to determine if a medical condition contributed to the cause of the accident.

The driver of the truck was not hurt.
