ELIZABETH TWP., Pa.,None — Police arrested a man on charges of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence in connection with the death of an Elizabeth Township woman in 2009.
According to the criminal complaint, Timothy Lesko was arraigned Thursday.
Jessica Trial was killed in the accident that happened last September.
Investigators said DNA evidence from the airbag of the vehicle connected Lesko to the case.
