PITTSBURGH — A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting of a driver in Pittsburgh's North Side earlier this month.
Andre Branch-Samuels, 24, of the North Side, is charged with criminal homicide, possession of a firearm without a license, persons not to possess a firearm and tampering with evidence.%

The incident occurred on Henderson Avenue just before 10 a.m.
Police spokesperson Sonya Toler said the car jumped a curb, crashed into a fence and flipped following the shooting.
Although he was badly hurt, the driver, who was later identified as Dontae Thompson, 27, was conscious and taken to a hospital in critical condition, where he later died.
