Body found near train tracks in Pittsburgh’s North Side

NORTH SIDE, Pa. — Authorities are investigating after reports a person was possibly hit by a train in Pittsburgh’s North Side.

Investigators were called to the scene off of North Canal near the Pressley Street High Rise building just after 2 p.m. Tuesday.

A possible secondary scene near the 16th Street Bridge might be related, but authorities are still working to find out if the two are connected, or are the same scene.
