PITTSBURGH — The annual Inc. 5000 list this year named 29 Pittsburgh-area companies among the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.
That’s up from 27 companies on the list in 2019, but down from 30 companies in 2018. The Inc. list is application-based, and companies must submit their own revenue figures.
Fishing Online, based in New Brighton, took the top spot in Pittsburgh this year and ranked 260th overall. The company, an e-commerce retailer that sells kayak fishing gear, had a three-year growth average of 1,715%.
