PITTSBURGH — Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar has promoted Adam Golomb to serve as the local chain’s president.
Golomb, who will also maintain his role as the company’s chief marketing officer, has nearly two dozen years of experience in the local food and hospitality industry.
“I’ve been a Primanti guy for my entire life – ever since my dad sat me at the counter for a pastrami sandwich as a kid,” Golomb said in an email to the Business Times. “It’s an exciting reality that now I’m in the position to help drive the restaurant to new levels of success — all while helping to build a better experience for current fans.”
