Celebrity chef Guy Fieri latest to bring ghost kitchens to Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH — The ghost kitchen trend, in which restaurants set up production kitchens that prepare menu items solely for delivery, is getting a major celebrity boost in the Pittsburgh market.

Guy Fieri, best known for his Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” has set up five delivery-only Flavortown Kitchen locations in the Pittsburgh area.

According to the website for the ghost kitchen concept, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchens are now taking orders out of locations at Station Square, the Waterfront, Mount Lebanon and out of two locations in Robinson Township.
