CHURCHILL, Pa. — Nicole DeLuca didn’t see it it coming.
When Amazon announced on a Thursday evening that it wasn’t going forward with a plan for a four-story, 2.9-million-square-foot distribution facility on the George Westinghouse Research Park in Churchill, DeLuca was as surprised as anyone.
DeLuca is the managing partner of Carnegie-based NAI Pittsburgh, part of the original ownership group of Churchill Crossings Partners LP, along with colleagues Chuck DiLoreto and Adam Hansen, that bought the 130-acre former Westinghouse property in 2018.
