CMU pursuing new health and wellness center as part of master plan

PITTSBURGH — As it plots out its needs and expansion prospects for the decade ahead, Carnegie Mellon University is preparing to develop a new heath and wellness center on its Oakland campus.

Bob Reppe, senior director of planning and design for CMU, revealed the early stage plan that’s expected to include a renovation and expansion of the university’s Skibo Gymnasium at the corner of Tech and Frew Streets.
