PITTSBURGH — New York-based JMC Holdings is beginning to market its new plan for a 21-story office tower to replace the New Federal Cold Storage Building, a long-empty concrete relic in the Strip District better known as the 'Wholey building.'
The company is hosting a preview event for the new office tower plan on Thursday evening, and the brokerage firm to lease the property, CBRE, is beginning to promote the project, which is represented by Jeremy Kronman and Andrew Miller.
