PITTSBURGH — After coming out of a Chapter 11 restructuring late last year in which it was bought by its largest shareholder, GNC announced today that it is searching for a new headquarters, expressing a commitment to staying in Pittsburgh.

GNC sounds like it is far along in its search since it said to expect an upcoming announcement for the move.
