Neighborhood 91 Additive Manufacturing campus at PIT picks up expanding Texas company

PITTSBURGH — The Neighborhood 91 Additive Manufacturing campus at Pittsburgh International Airport has landed another company that’s looking to expand its operations in the region.

Pflugerville, Texas-based Cumberland Additive will soon move into the complex after establishing a relationship with Wabtec Corp., Neighborhood 91′s anchor tenant. The two companies hope to leverage each other’s technical “know-how” in the additive manufacturing space, with Cumberland seeing the opportunity as one that will allow it to grow its metal 3D printing and its computer numerical control machining.
