PITTSBURGH — For downtown residents and employees who frequent local businesses, discounts may soon be in your future.
The Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership announced on Friday that a new loyalty card, known as the Downtown Pittsburgh EDGE card, will soon be available for free to those who live and work downtown.
The program, which is funded by a Richard King Mellon Foundation relief grant, is meant to boost foot-traffic at businesses as well as welcome people back to downtown after the pandemic.
